Ordering Vaccines through CUDDLYUpdated 9 months ago

Vaccine orders are made on a pre-order basis. Due to the volume of orders and availability of supply, CUDDLY may not have your order in stock at time of purchase. CUDDLY cannot guarantee a turn-around time for vaccine orders at this time.


Vaccine availability fluctuates due to vendor supply and CUDDLY is doing our best to keep a steady supply, but please keep this in mind when placing an order!


Your vaccines will ship separately from other items in your order, and vaccines will not ship unless we have the total quantity of your vaccines in stock.
If you are needing a partial amount of your order sooner, we can ship partial orders if needed.


Our Shipping Policy varies slightly for orders containing vaccines. Vaccine only ship Monday thru Thursday and exceptions will not be made.


Free shipping of over 100$ does not apply to orders containing vaccines and all vaccines orders come with a 25$ shipping charge.


Vaccines are shipped overnight for next day delivery due to their temperature sensitivity. Orders to business addresses will be delivered between 8am and 5pm and someone will need to be there to sign for the delivery. Packages can not be left at the door in these cases.


If your vaccines are being shipped to a residential address, deliveries will be made next business day by 8pm at the latest and may be able to be left at the door.


Regardless of address, CUDDLY asks that you are available to accept deliveries at your address during these times. CUDDLY will not be liable for orders that are outside of the temperature range due to orders not being accepted within these time frames.
