Once your order has been placed and processed, CUDDLY's Warehouse will start to pick and pack your order! 
If we do not have the item in stock, or if the item is on back order, this can delay your order. 

Our ordering team will do their best to keep you updated if these situations occur.

Due to the size of our business, please allow 24 hours for orders to be processed by our warehouse staff. 

Once our staff has processed your order, you will receive tracking information in your email, CUDDLY strives to send our orders within 1 to 3 business days. The size of your order, or the items it contains, can change shipping time.
