If you receive a damaged or unusable product, please contact the Partner Success Team immediately. We will work on providing a replacement product at no cost to you. To start a return, contact our team at (866) 731-4862 or send an email to [email protected] where we will ask you to provide us with the order number, name of your organization, and date of order. Providing us with this information will initiate the replacement process where we will provide instructions if the defective item needs to be returned.
