Thank you for supporting CUDDLY's mission to provide life-saving relief to animals in need. As part of CUDDLY's offerings, donors have the ability to donate monetary and/or e-commerce items to shelters, rescues, or municipal organizations. As such, there may be situations where a return is necessary and we want to make the process as easy as possible for both our donors and animal welfare partners.

If you have a donation that you believe warrants a return or refund, please contact our Donor Success Team, and we will work with you to provide a satisfactory resolution. Our donors are also encouraged to contact us at (866) 731-4862  or send an email to [email protected] if an issue arises with payments or system errors that would merit a return of donated funds.
