If you donate to a specific animal or organization through their campaign
page, your donation goes directly to that animal or organization. One-Time
Donations and CUDDLY Club donations go to the organization with the greatest
need.
Product donations ship directly to the shelter or rescue caring for the
animal. CUDDLY retains 10% of monetary donations to cover platform costs, and
the rest goes to the shelter.
Shelters can also opt into extra fundraising support, including paid ads,
email marketing, social promotion, and a dedicated fundraising team. These
services are paid for out of the campaign's donations.
